What happened to September?

I normally try very hard to post at least once a month on my site here. But unfortunately, I got side-tracked with an extra large amount of commercial work and didn't have too much new stuff to post. It seems like PigGoatBananaMantis! - which was originally passed on by the network that commissioned the pilot- has gone back into development after receiving such a positive online response. So thanks to everyone that watched, shared, liked, retweeted and commented. Your voices have been heard!

Another thing that I can report, however is that I will be doing an animation workshop and retrospective screening at GIRAF Animation Festival. The workshop will basically be a tutorial on taking an animation from storyboard to finished piece. This will most likely entail a real-time demo going from concept to storyboard, layout, background and animation. So if you are going to be in Calgary on the first weekend in November, you should come and check it out.

More soon!

Hey man, just saw on one of Anthony Schepperd's videos where you commented and he said you should work together sometime. You should totally take him up on that and have him do a scene in your movie or something. That'd be so awesome.

@David: I hope they record it. Hopefully I can post that for folks!

@Anonymous: I would love to work with him, but finding a project is the trick...I'm sure he's a busy guy.

Hi Nick!
It was really wonderful to see you and Marlo at GIRAF this year! I hope you had a good time and enjoyed the log driver's waltz. I thought your workshop was great and I wanted to thank you for staying the extra hour.

Thanks again!
